CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Any damaged or defective items reported after the (5) days will not be accepted. For damaged and defective items, you must also attach photos of damages to the report. Once we approve the item for return, we will send you a return label and you will receive your store credit once we have the package at our facility.
To be eligible for return, all items must be unused and in the same condition you received it, this includes the shoe box. Once we have approved your return, we will email you our return form. You must place the completed return form in the package. If you are returning an item in which you purchased the wrong size, style, or simply didn’t want it, it is your responsibility to pay for a return label and send it back to our facility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
If you happen to return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.
Sale, Discounted and Gently Worn Items
All sale, gently worn and discounted items are final sale. Sale, gently worn and discounted items are not eligible for return or store credit. Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase.
All regular priced items are eligible for return and store credit only.

SHIPPING POLICY
Any orders placed will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 1 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office. Shipments within the U.S. range from 3-8 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.
We offer standard ground shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they were placed. Orders will process within 1 business day from your order date. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where B. Josephine Shoes holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, B. Josephine Shoes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. B. Josephine Shoes shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, B. Josephine Shoes will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
